Part two consisted mostly of upgrades to software, and the printer can now print directly from CAD and in more complex configurations of concrete. The video is NOT about 3D printing hempcrete as the title suggests. I'm looking for information on 3D printing with hempcrete and overcoming structural limitations of hempcrete. Hempcrete does not meet structural performance standards by itself. I'm interested in engineering methodologies that make this possible. Sadly, the video and it's title do not provide that information.

What you have accomplished is AWESOME!!! I'm curious about your machine. I want to build my own printer to make boats, do you have any information on your electronics for the machine?
But is it structural? The material shown could be printed, but would not be dense enough to be structurally viable. I suppose I just don't see the utility of printing hempcrete that is not structurally viable but I reserve the right to get smarter.

Video should have shown his daughter and her expression while seeing the castle. Plus neighbor kids being rather jelly that they don't have one. And all those dudes who helped out wanting/having to build backyard castles for their crying jelly kids as well. Then the government stepping in xD

I want to see floor plans. Where can I see floor plans? Preferably just 2 bedroom floor plans, 1 or 2 bathrooms.
Are you working with someone who does the printing? Any finished product to show? I've never heard that hempcrete shrinks? And help and lime are flameproof on their own. What are the additional materials, what are they for and do they impact the carbon-negativity or hempcrete? What is their environmental impact? If you are already building, what's the level of customization available?

Very impressive as a technological exercise. A chunk of the world’s carbon emissions are caused by cement manufacture so this isn’t going to save the world. The way forward is to develop construction that uses less concrete, not all concrete.

Идея уже работает, и массово заселяется жильцами, в китае. Дешево быстро. НО скучно однотипное строение. И противоречит идеи 3д, основа которой оригинальность индивидуальность
