At Irish Feis in London 2011.I saw Van Morrison, Paul Brady,Bob Dylan to mention a few.Made my way to the marquee Nanci Griffith was performing. I was alone.I have seen and some of the biggest acts in the music industry. Multiple times. This is in my top 5 best concerts. The purity. The modesty. The talent. Wind on several years. I remember where i was hearing of the passing of Nanci Griffith. I cried.Driving home from a visit with family. Some remember where they were when Elvis died.Presidents,Princess Diana. Nanci Griffith will remain very much in my now old,irish heart. ♥️☘♥️

My husband and I saw them in concert a few years ago in Littleton Colorado. From Germany to Colorado 50 years ago. Beautiful state moved to Florida nine years ago. Christmas is not the same. Miss Colorado and miss my husband. I lost him two years ago 😢 I have so many beautiful memories of Colorado. I would move back, but it’s getting so expensive to buy a house. Should’ve never sold my house. Hurricane Ian was no fun.

Always when I hear these beautiful song I must think about my dog which gone from me in 2012 after she received cancer and the doctor had to put her to sleep. I take her with me and take her in a grave in the wood where she loved to walk with me. My heart cry a long time. I still missed her so much. 😞

Their songs really remind me of nice memories in California where used to live with my family.
