Нет слов,арасота
My uncle has Toyota Sera and he painted it to nova white color. Its a small car but it looks beautiful
What did you give her $500 for the car? I hope to hell you didn't rip her off.
Some poor sap will overpay royally for it too. Worth about $5k. Low mileage yes, great car, yes, but still old as crap and not a collector piece. Details or rare doesn’t mean valuable
Seeing lexus like this is just way too rare to find the owner is lucky to have a car like this
The only thing that sucks about this car is its so good that it holds its value too much and people are learning how good these things are and the prices are rising. but besides that I'm happy to see another great example
I had a black one in high school got it for my 16th birthday in 2002, I miss it. The A20 engine had some excellent low end torque and the transmission gearing was perfect.
The starter is a no no on this one. Will cost you $3,000 to replace the starter. It's under the intake manifold in the valley of the engine. It's absolutely no fun to do.
You’re right. It’s not a fun job. My 2004 LS 430 original starter began acting up in 2022 at about 230,000 miles. It was about a 7 hour job for me. The intake on the LS weighs what…40 pounds? I didn’t complain too much though because a starter that lasts 18 years is nothing to scoff at. This LS 400 is immaculate.👍👍
@@texaslegend5076 nice 👍🏼 definitely always replace with a Toyota/Lexus new parts. Imagine doing that again a year later because of AutoZone and their super high quality parts ahahaha
@@thewiseguy3529 yep. 😂😂😂😂
Just got one myself. 2011 coming from a 19 Camaro. Absolutely loving it so far. Just gotta give it some sound. Kind of egregious to me how muted the stock exhaust is. But it does move beautifully 💯
20,000 for that😂😂
Wow this is exactly what im Looking for so clean. Hit youre grandmas up yall tell em im buyin LS’s 😂👌
This will outlive any new luxury car on the road today 💯So cool to see someone care for it. I refused to buy a new car and bought an 03 Volvo s80 and it’s a tank so far
Crazy you’re located right by me an my 1998 Lexus GS300 I bought February 1, 2024 I bought from the original owner and he also bought it from Ray Catena Lexus in 1998 as well lol
wth is wrong with that lady who would get rid of a car this clean
Absolutely immaculate! $58,500 in 1997 is around $115,512 today....so basically in line with the top of the line LS 500h AWD today.
Where is the link to it?
How much
Its so quiet un there you can hear a pin drop
Awesome car man! I absolutely love these things and currently trying to get one of my own. Super fun smooth cruiser, wish they made a little more power, but sacrificing the reliability isn’t worth it. Super clean car though!
Really nice, I'll give you 3k 👍🏻
why you gripping that shifter like it’s a manual lmfao
Old habits die hard
@@KhanopolisNGL I do the same thing when I drive my GS400 but i partially blame how the armrest which is really close to the shifter so its comfortable to rest your hand there.
It's just comfortable man, I do it in my manual Camry and in my dad's automatic hylander XLE.
30+ yrs: cracked bushings, shot shocks, worn out controls arms, there's no way a car that old isn't gonna need atleast 3k of suspension work. That's just the suspension. The fuel injectors and all hoses most likely have carbon build up, so that's another 2k of work on the fuel system. I would stay away from this lemon, money pit.
Lol for this one owner car, people will buy it sight unseen for 50k EZ.. wtf are you talking about maintenance and shit.. bro
It's been serviced every year. Not like it was sitting in a barn.
Great buying tactics!🤫
@@CopperPopperComputerssomeone will buy it for sure, don’t know who is dumb enough to pay $50k though.
Lexus themselves don't even make the same level car like the 90s. happy for the new owner!!!
Belongs in a museum !
My neighbors have this exact model. Even color. They are the second owner, bought it from his brother, and it probably has close to 150 -160,000 miles on it by now. It's an excellent condition too. Probably not as pristine as this, they do drive it daily. Makes me smile every time I see it go by. I would love to see what the interior is like. But I'm sure it's pretty clean. they keep it spotless. They also have a 2001 RX 300. Says it drives great still.
Нельзя на ней так,умрёт быстро!Любит обороты ,для того и создана!5 лет ездил,необитаемый автомобиль,расход большой при 200 и выше доходит до 18 литров супера на 100,но ракета бесспорно!
My grandfather has this same car it's still like new. I remember back in 1996-97 he purchased it brand new and shipped it overseas where he lived. Sadly soon after he passed away and the car just stayed parked in the garage no one to drive it. The problem is the country it's in we can't register it or do anything to drive it legally because their law you have to take it back with you when you leave that country I think you are only allowed one year. Last winter I went to visit my grandmom and I was checking the car out, I installed a new battery to start it up and it started right up. It only has about 12k miles. I don't know if it's worth shipping it back to the US, time and money.
Definitely look into it. I would keep it and pass it on to family as long as I could. Makes for a great story.
Oh keep that Ls400 that car is truly one of the kind reliable...
Still looks good. Reliable luxury. Prestine condition.
Wow 😮. That thing is really clean.
That is one great looking LS400, can't wait to see how much this puppy sells for
I hope they do tell us how much it sells for. Would be interesting to see.
@@MA-sz5xv they are auctioning it off on bring a trailer
@@MA-sz5xv We will definitely keep you guys up to date on the auction!
@@MA-sz5xv The Lexus sold for $15,855
That's actually a good haul for that car. It's only worth $10k
Looking good mike
I got 2000
I have a 92 very close to this one. No joke original paint some minor dings and scratches on the bumper.
🫶🤍 LS 400
Very nice car.
Gorgeous car!
More than GORGEOUS!!!
I like the drive train and interior, but i cant grow to like the body. i only like the 6 Avant of that gen
Is this available
So i really like ur sleave my dude, Ohh yeah the car too!
Beautiful car
Stock exhaust or PSE?
Fantastic condition. A true classic.
Can i come work for you guys
When I poop.. I poop better colour
I think there's a reason there is only 1 of 1 lol
Gorgeous car! If it doesn’t sell there LMK Ill take it!
I bet this can go to the moon and back and no issues
How do you drive this car with the blindspots
Correctly set mirrors provide no blind spot czcams.com/video/KwzUE6PHk4U/video.htmlsi=bKW1loitGhFBR5XZ
😊
It would be way cooler if this was a Lister car with a manual transmission in it. Jaguar built these things with that awful three speed TH400 transmission and it sucks the excitement out of the V12 engine. I have driven a XJS that has been converted to a five speed manual transmission and it is a TOTALLY different driving experience from the cars with the automatic.
