Another way we do that what you just did for crawdads you kick rocks from the shoreline and make yourself a basket and then build the walls up so they when they go there and they can’t back out. Make yourself a shoot and put your bait in the centre and they come right down inside that basket and then when you show up, they can’t get out because they’re trying to go away so fast they run the rock. You can just pick them up and there you go.

I should’ve said my comment when we’ve done that we’ve just made a little little rock pile that the pot kind of sits down in so it can’t tip over and we also built it up so it’s just enough that you could cool the water down quick and then you can drink it

When you boil your water to purify it, you should take your pot and just put it in the shallow spot in the water. It’ll cool it down quicker and you can drink it faster.

Looks like hoisin and oyster sauce too he’s holding out on that recipe, rightfully so.

Years ago, when my brother got married, we went out to the coast where his wife was from in Ontario in Canada and ate shellfish like there was no tomorrow steamers muscles clams, raw oysters, crab, lobster like it was everything it was so good cause you could just go to the corner stores on the coast and buy all fresh everything like buckets of steamers and a big pint of beer Lobsters it was cheap when I get back to Canada seafood buffet, shrimp, and a piece of lobster and then face. My throat almost died all of a sudden now I’m allergic to shellfish because huge seafood fan.

Yeah, the lemon juice from a lemon doesn’t taste the same as lemongrass not even close. They are two huge different flavors.

This channel is my therapy channel, it’s incredible to see you honor the earth and the animal. Personally I love to see you catch shellfish but i also love all of the mushroom/berry foraging. Something to maybe include more is more information about the species or produce that you are harvesting? For the peeps that may want to get started in foraging or the out of state peeps that aren’t as familiar with those amazing things

I've got 2 lakes in New Mexico with tiny islands. One is really tiny with no name. The other one is a bigger island. It's called "Rattle Snake Island" love the videos man! 👍🔥 P.S. catfish, bass, walleye. Fishing should be do-able????
