Here is a few minutes of agitation in my '59 Philco washer. This is a huge wash load for a 1959 automatic and yet the turnover is still constant and everything comes out clean. This wash load consists of: 1 flat queen size flannel sheet 1 fitted queen size flannel sheet 6 pillow cases 10 men's size large t-shirts. A wonderful machine overall.

1978 (or there about) Maytag Washer model A107A with the original induction motor, motor carriage and pump removed and replaced with a 3-phase motor, variable frequency drive (VFD) motor controller, standard drive belt (size: 4L410 ) and potentiometer for infinite variable speed with a control knob and an electric pump.

I took the original Motor, Clutch and Pump out of the machine and replaced them with 21st century components. I added a new 3-phase motor, variable frequency drive (VFD) to run the motor, separate electric pumps for Filter-flo and drain, relays to communicate the original 1958 timer with the new motor drive and also added an unbalanced load sensor.
