This is actually so much better than the in-person sewing class I took at school i did not know what I was doing then but this is so well explained!

I have tried 2 other tutorials and they didn’t work, but I’m so glad I found this video because I finally was able to tie the knot at the end of my thread. Thank You!

BRUH I FOUND OUT HOW TO DO ITT! for people how are still confused even with the other comments help! 1. the “tail” end means the side where the thead isn’t connected from the start 2. The “top” part is the other end how to actually do the knot: 1. Cut out a piece of the thread 2. Put needle through thread/ hold how she is: 1:52 3: REVERSE THE THREAD means that you hold your hand that is holding the needle in place and the needle itself moves to the side and back without moving its place so you make a loop 4: hold that loop/the needle with the hand thats still holding the thread in place from earlier 5: like as she says take the “tail” part and rap that around the needle 2-3 times and pull it down so your now also holding that now and then take the needle and pull up and it should make a knot! I KNOW OT STILL MIGHT NOW WORK FOR SOME JUST KEEP PRACTICING OR ASK FOR HELP/JUST DO A BASIC OVERHAND KNOT!

Ugh I am a mommy of 2 and no one has ever taught me to sew. I thought I did the knot wrong and when I wanted to try all over again, I realized I did the knot. It was exciting!
