I own this and the oppressor. Just so people know, not everyone on an oppressor is out to get you. I use it to see from above. Everyone seems to purposely take them out unprovoked. I understand because I've been taken out by a few aholes on them. However if the Toreador had flight capability, there would be no reason to own other cars in the game.
