Im a 17year old student in Norway. Im studying to become a gardener (Hence my username "Gartneren" which means "the gardener"). I upload videos when I have the time to spare off to do so. I mainly posts different kinds of videos with royalty-free music, mostly nature-inspired videos. I will also in the future post videos from my different trips on bicycle and video game reviews. Im also as well planning a full walkthrough of the games "Virtual Families" and its sequel "Virtual Families 2", mainly because I receive a lot of questions on how to different things in the games. Im fully open for videorequests, so if you have a idea for a video you think I should make or a location I should a make a video of, dont hesitate to let me know :).

In this video I show a recipe I found for successfully generating the Far Lands in Vanilla Minecraft 1.10 without the use of any mods. I discovered this recipe by chance when experimenting around with the presets in the costumized world menu, and thought I might as well share it with the public. This is the family tree that I have been able to build up in Virtual Families 2. Its now on 24generations and still counting more for each week that pass by. It will be interesting to see what happens when I reach the magical 30generations that crashed my family tree in the first game.

Read the end of the description for commonly asked questions :)! Just a little something I decided to mix up when the game decided to lock its self completely down. On 30generations, the game refuses to add more generations to the family tree, which could mean I have lost this game which is a pain. I worked for allmost a year reaching the 30generation goal, but it doesnt look good for the game ...

This is not a mobile game, you'll need to download it on your pc. There do exists a few pirated ports for the mobile platform, but their all just that. Pirated.

Nice. I had my old family from like 2014 that I would play with as a kid and got up to about 20 something generations. We got a new computer though and I lost it 😔
I made it up to 30 generations on my virtual families 2 game back in November of 2015. It took about 4 or 5 months to get up there. I paused it for awhile, before starting it up again and I reached up to 40 something odd generations. I was playing it on my android phone. The phone stopped working and I lost all my data, thinking I was safe, because I saved it to the cloud. I guess not. I reinstalled it on my tablet and I couldn't get my save data. I started over on my tablet and reached up to only about a little over 20 generations. I was also playing it on my Windows phone. It was still running version 1.0 though and was a bit iffy and pretty outdated. It didn't have any of the upgrades, like the Christmas decorations, the kitchen, bathroom, workshop, and office remodel. It didn't even have the dog food bowls, but I got up to 22 generations on there. I had it paused for about 4, or 5 months now. I might start it up again. I have 609,615 coins on the game. I did all the upgrades and furniture I want. I was just spending the extra money on outfits for the family. I had them all dressed alike and other random things. On my tablet, my money was 1,237,077 coins. I rated it in the play store and Tyler down the total of coins I had back then, but I somehow deleted the app from out my tablet and once again lost my data, but even if I didn't accidentally deleted my app. I still would've lost my data again, because my tablet eventually stopped working well, but that was only a couple months ago. I probably would've had over 60 generations before the tablet decided to stop working and God only knows how much money I would've had. Anyway, now I play it on my Amazon fire tablet. I miss this updated version. Version 1.5. When I deleted it out my tablet I didn't reinstall it. I bearly had space to reinstall it and I was angry with myself for accidentally uninstalling the app, I didn't want to start back over.
That's the advantage of the pc version because you can backup your save files. I've got several backups floating around on my hard drives. I am playing with the thought of returning to Virtual Families, but I'm not sure if I'd be bothered to do so.
You can back up your save files on the app version too. It backs up in a cloud which is much more safer. I somehow didn't back them up properly. I don't own a PC at the moment, but when I did. I had tons of files on it (just random files none was VF games.) that eventually got lost when it got a virus too. I never played virtual families 2 on a PC. I rather play it on a app, because I'm way too busy to play it in front of a Computer. Mobile I take it anywhere, they're way too demanding. Lol

It's not working, just so you know, and that is not close to farlands edit: it SHOULD generate at 2147000 blocks, or smth like that...

When players do not even bother to learn how to defend themselves? Hell no. I do what I want, and if you don't like to I suggest you learn to defend yourself properly.
mrkezoman if we face off in free mode, you can brag like that when you are ten points above me without using any bst or rpgs.
Mattias Johannessen I'm not bragging, I'm just getting my revenge and show them what it's like and I use any method available just like them
Yeah like that makes you any better they are. When I drive around in a Zentorno like this, I am basically a sitting duck because it is so easy to take me out with an RPG or a well placed sniper shot. Using explosives on the ground though in gun fights is something I would not even think about doing.
Mattias Johannessen I'm still no out after a fair fight, I wan't to show them how it feels to be killed over and over, I find it really fun to kill them because when I was a beginner I got killed all the time by sticky bombers and even jets.

I probably wont build a transportation system like this on the community server because of how laggy it is and my lack of resources. But I will build a system of walkways which connects my base to the spawn point, and maybe some of the other builds on the server.

Did you not read my disclaimer at the beginning of my video? This is not the Far Lands no, but this is the closest thing you can get to the far lands without using any mods in Minecraft.
