To advanced for my skill level, but cool
@@starcastleLomitas thanks for watching
🤘🤘
That downhill off of Dr. D is crazy steep. KCCK definitely looks better than it used to be...was pure misery before and probably still would be during the wetter months.
@@stewy_604 it sure is steep and a little sketchy .. there was definitely a few mud Pitts on kcck but holy cow did possum lodge take a beating last winter
If you aint luggin you buggin! LOL Nice ride bro
Nice ridin'. There are some old truly massive stumps in there.
Ya it’s really to bad there no trees that size left in here
Another great vid! What kind of camera and set up do you use?
Thanks … I use the GoPro 11 with a chin mount from CHINA 🇨🇳 I found on Amazon
Where is this located?
hell yeah man
Might leave that one off my McNutt 'to try' list. How did you get around that massive lake at the end???
The lake is only about 6-8 inches deep - looks much worse than it is.
It’s actually one of the easier black trails (for now)..just remember momentum is your friend 😂
@@SingletrackGoons absolutely…don’t stop, and get the front wheel over it!
@@RickGreen_McNutt ah, ok!
Excellent ride on very tough conditions. Rode yesterday here in the northeast US. Came across some roots similar to what you encounter everywhere on this trail. When they are at a 45deg angle to travel and I come across them, I immediately tuck into the fetal position and suck my thumb. I'd take rocks over wet, slimy roots anyday. They can be absolutely deadly.
Good to hear your out on the trails.. thanks for watching 🍻
Great vid! Incredibly clear! I’m guessing even rotten stumps still hurt!
Ya it scratched me a little but I’ll live to ride again 😂 Thanks for watching 🍻
Great video! Thanks for posting. Some of my fav trails!
Great trail. That's definitely the best clarity footage I have seen for a while. Don't know why, but that's awesome. Well done. 👍🏼👍🏼
Nice riding, you handled those roots well! I remember that trail being a lot more tricky than it looks on video. "Okay slight dab" 😂Full body dab!
Thanks .. the camera make everything look easy, then I get in front of some of these obstacles and think here come a full body dab 😂
Wow cant beleive how dense with trees it is in there but dam love the sound of that 250x
That was a master class on handling that 125x through some nasty root sections. Makes me think they should rename this trail Root Trail. Well done, sir!!
Well I don’t know about a master class but I do appreciate the positive feedback.. thanks eastern 🤙
Great video! That root at 2:25 has got me before too!
Thanks much appreciated 🤙
That bridge on Pallet always wigs me out. 😂
Nice pass man. Nice mountain single track.
That single track is a really bad joke.
There's something about that YZ sound. You can pick it a mile off. Love it!
Sounds like it’s running a little rich
Wheelie machine. Lol
This is dirt bike heaven
🤟🤙 nice trails
I'm not being a troll. Was the camera unstabilised? Great scenery but hard to watch the video.
That was shot with the go pro 7 (no stabilization)
I was hunting for a 250x but got an offer for a 125x. I was skeptical at first getting a small displacement but man was i wrong. Most fun ive had on 2 wheels in a long long time. More fun than any 250 or 300 ive been on. But i havent been on the 250x yet. I need to try it to compare. Ill probably come to the conclusion of needing both. Great vid!
Good point 😂
wheres the track at?
McNutt
Good to see you guys both out riding and the sun shining and things turning green.
Really nice riding.
Can anyone tell me what CC that bike is it’s got a weird sound like small cc looks like a fun trail if you can embrace the suck😂
It’s a 125x …thanks for your comment ! 🤙
3:12 the video doesn’t do that rock obstacle justice. Super intimidating in person.
Sure is lol
super nice trails where is this ?
B.C. blue mountain
I was gonna buy a KTM 300. I would rather get a 250X, as it looks like more bang for alot less buck 🤔
I've been trying different bikes for fun, now I'm considering a YZ125X after seeing how light they are... I can't figure out if it has the same gearing (actual transmission gears) as the regular YZ125, or if it's a wide ratio. Some people say it's wide ratio, some say it's geared down (sprocket and wheel size) and some say it's the same. Any idea?
They are geared different
@@lyricderbin1169 Hey, do you mean different transmission gearing? Or different final ratio (sprocket size)? Thanks!
Got an old 82 IT 250 Boysen reeds and FMF pipe . I'm surprised it sounds just the same as your bike . Looks like the west coast of Canada ? Hard going and watch out for the greasy spots !
In considering building up a 250x for mcnutt.. I don’t wanna spend 15k on a ktm. Have you changed your gearing at all? Also do you find over time the clutch pull is getting stiff?
Build it and come ride with us ! I have not changed any gearing..I’ve only added a 11oz fly wheel weight. I oil my cables once a year , I haven’t noticed any change in stiffness but the clutch pull is noticeably stiffer then the hydraulic and dose affect my riding after awhile
Very nice riding
Gotta be on the pipe more loll
Reported for motorcycle abuse....😉
You did very well on those trails, I so miss it out there. Great video, thanks for taking the time to make it and share. I know all to well how much time it takes.
Glad you enjoyed it, hope you get back out sometime , I’m sure the old thumper misses it to lol😂
@@SingletrackGoons I'm sure it does miss being ridden, gives dirty looks whenever I walk by it to work on my car. Someday I totally expect to see my car with knobby tire tracks across the roof...
@@6at32offwhen we gonna see ya back on the trails?
@@w_rnz I've pretty much run out of excuses so my guess is real soon :)
@@6at32off I like the way that sounds!
I can't get enough 125X footage. Thanks!
Love the video. Place looks amazing!
Do you have the Gnarly pipe on that thing? If you do, do you notice a difference?
No gnarly pipe just a 11oz flywheel weight
Your bike sounds really pipy lol, thats why i asked@@SingletrackGoons
@@PNWSingleTrack I repacked it not to long ago 🤔😂
@@SingletrackGoons sounds good. The audio is clear too.
Wow. No snow at all. Lucky you. 125 or 250? I can't tell for the life of me.
Same here. It took slo-mo to find the '125X', but finally appeared at 5:01.
@@YZXRYDRLOL. I looked at that like five times last night and couldn't get that out of it, and then I went back and bingo! you are correct. I always get confused with Singletrack Goon's because a lot of times there are two YZ's- a 125x and the 250x. That 125x lugs so darn well.
Years of riding that shit helped me develop an upper body like Arnolds. From all the pushing.
You are right you had no business being on that trail
