You can do projects related to preserving ecological balance. You can protest and call on countries that violate human rights, violate the law, and torture people to act in accordance with justice. You can support independent science centers and independent medical centers that work for the benefit of humanity. I think you can do such meaningful activities instead of exposing your body. My 7 year old like to tumbling but not sure if she push it all way what she can compete with but now i see this amazing i guess theres a sports for it.

Whenever I watch some movie or tv show fight scene or something and think to myself "nah unrealistic, nobody can move that fast" I should probably remember this. It looks completely like it should be completely impossible.

OK, I know that's a spring board along the way there but the physics are still impossible.

This proves without any doubt that we are not all equal. Given the same opportunity to every one to do what these young women are doing, I am certain that there will not be an equal outcome. Being an engineer I can appreciate the continuity in the rotating momentum, but in addition to that, there are the timed vertical impulses reacting with the ground, where they need to add in the energy to lift themselves against gravity to do a few double summersault, while they transfer their body from the entry to the exit stage. INCREDIBLE . . We should elect out governments , ministers, prime minsters and presidents of countries by making them show us what they can do in a workshop or on the athletic grounds, and not what they say, and promise they are going to do.
