Tear down of Blubaru’s old blown up 2.0

Today I tore down the old boosted 2.0 out of the WRX to see what catastrophic failure happened. It was absolutely insane seeing the damage that was done inside of this engine.

This is how I do a headlight restoration at work. There are many kits you can buy but this is a 3M kit hat you can pick up for about $15. This is my first ever upload of any kind of tutorial so please excuse it if it’s not the best quality. Lol
1986 Yamaha YZ80 2 stroke; project bike rips

Bought this old YZ80 2 stroke dirt bike as a project. finally got it running with a fresh top end rebuild and bore. bored .050 over to an 84cc with a high compression wiseco hemispheric piston and all new gaskets. new front and rear tires. this is just a test run after buttoning up the rebuild to see how she runs.

Just me doing a run around the farm we ride on. I am new to riding dirt bikes and this isn't an impressive video not to mention this little 100 isn't the fastest bike in the world but it is a lot of fun. I hope you enjoy it and look forward to my yz80 rebuild being finished. Maybe I'll upload a build video of it to add to the channel.

I do not have a lot of experience on dirtbikes. my cousins and I go out riding a good bit so I thought why not get some gopro action? this is just a quick warmup lap around the yard to get the XR100s blood moving before taking it out for a real rip.

Unfortunately I sold the e46 and all of my toys due to uprooting and moving across the country but I will be picking up another project soon and I will be doing a better job of posting videos about it and the work I’ve done to it on here.

Well grab another one if you can! Honestly the engine swaps aren’t hard to do on them. Did the engine swap on mine in 2 days
@@Hometownrunners hell yeah I’m in the process of getting one now. It’s a 2000 e46 328i. And yeah now that I think about it I could have def just swapped that engine but I just went on ahead and got something else

Damn man that bike sounds so f****** nice I went through your videos and all and I couldn't find any videos of you showing off the bike and then riding it or somebody recording you riding it I really wish you can produce some of that kind of content cuz I do love watching videos with the bike I have a 1990 Yamaha YZ80 so that's why I love watching these videos with the YZ80s can u please 🙏 make a video of a walk around and let someone else hold the camera so I can see yur bike once I see that you messaged me back and everything then we can really talk like what have you done to your bike stuff like that bro until then be safe buddy please message back
I am not to familiar with CZcams or how to privately message people on here. 🤣 but I am happy to answer any questions you might have. Currently the bike is down from losing spark and I have been focusing on my BMW build right now so the yz has taken a seat but it'll be running soon and I'll do a full walk around of it
