Lily Pads Makeover With Chalk Mineral Paint!
In this video, Melissa from The Top Drawer RVA, picked up this dresser from Goodwill for just $15! She primes her dresser with Bonding BOSS in Gray, this is the color you will need if you want those colors in the decoupage paper to pop! Then, she brushes on clear coat, put the decoupage paper on it, spray the paper to help it stretch, and then takes saran wrap and pushes the wrinkles and imperfections out. Melissa then blends an array of Dixie Belle's Chalk Mineral Paint colors to help blend in the paper to the dresser. Finally, she clear coats it in satin and that's it! Voila!

After applying Hemp oil can I apply a transfer or apply a stencil?
Hey Maria! If the piece has had the Howdy Do Hemp Seed Oil on it for more than 30 days and doesn't feel sticky, then yes. If it doesn't have the Howdy Do Hemp Seed Oil on it yet, then I would apply the transfer or stencil on it first and then apply the Howdy Do Hemp Seed Oil to it the piece. I hope this helps!
