Question for the Q&A: How do you protect your copyright of comic and illustrations?

For the q&a: 1. When you were writing Gloamingvale, did you go from the big picture to breaking it down to smaller scenes, or the opposite? If the first, how did you start working on smaller scenes? (I'm currently working on my own story, and I sort of have the plot as a big picture figured out, but I struggle with going into details even though I'm a very detail oriented person, so I wanted to ask your experience) 2. I know you have had your story in your head for a long time, I wonder how you didn't get 'bored' of it all by the time you got to work on it. And when/how did you know your story is 'worth' your time to make it a reality and share it with people? Thank you so much if you answer my questions!! Little tip for what you are doing at 5:09 : take the magic wand tool and set it to "reference all layers" then you can select that area with just one click. Hope my english was good enough to understand ^^ and that the tip is helpful.

Before I watched the video I read your comic because I’ve been excited for it to come out for a while! I’m amazed at how detailed every page is it looks so good 🤩! It makes me think about your art process videos and how much work and time goes into each line. I just wanted you to know that even if you feel like people will just glance over the artwork in your comic it still does make a huge difference because even at a glance I feel like you can tell how polished it is, and the backgrounds definitely add a lot even if you don’t pour over every stroke, it all culminates into an incredibly impactful and inspiring finished piece. Especially when I imaginie if the backgrounds weren’t there or were less deep the contrast is very noticeable. I know I at least appreciate the art a lot!! Thanks for sharing and good luck!
