I am not convinced at all about the claims by the linquistic that, the Akans migrated from Egypt by comparing some pronounciations which doesn't stick. Great insights Sir, to my understanding most of the people in West Africa are historically Nubians, or Egyptians or sometimes some may claimed a Jewish Ancestry also the Kush. The original name for Egypt is Akerbulan or Kemit and a small area called Caanan. Most of West Africans are Nubians.
