@@hesdam4935 In reality, upon my personal measurement last August, it runs at around 70 km/hr. The 120 can be possible (if and only if) the railroad tracks are in good quality, well-maintained, and the people who live close to the railroad tracks has a discipline not to enter the tracks at a certain period of time (like 15 or 10 minutes before the train arrives). I'M SORRY IF THE FOLLOWING CONTENT WILL BE TOO LONG FOR YOU TO READ BUT I WANT TO POINT EVERYTHING OUT: Unfortunately, most people (if not all) only leave when they saw or heard the train is coming. That is why in the past and until now, there are occasional train accidents that happened. Some reasons range from; the victim was drunk, has epilepsy, has a poor sense of hearing, not alert, was wearing headset, wants to commit suicide, and the reason goes on forever... The family / relative / friends of those victims blamed the PNR for being reckless, driving too fast, and does not stop when they hit a victim. Some even filed a complaint. But PNR cannot do anything except to say sorry and give incentives to the concerned family. They cannot jail a driver just because he has hit a civilian, remember they are just doing their duties. Now, government once planned to remove their houses from railroad tracks, but some insisted due to the reasons that's only place where they can live, some I heard even turned into a riot. Now, the Philippine media sector would normally interview the beautiful story of residents, pointing out in the end that they must not leave railways. One solution that was once planned was to make a free housing away from the tracks, but I believe when they saw the growing population, it was halted because the expenses could be very high. Another reason could be a corruption? Who knows? Another solution and the cheapest one they made was to enforce law and order; keep every residents and business owners informed and warned to leave the railroad tracks before the train arrives, teach them to help each other when one becomes helpless (if that one is drunk, has ailments or anything that may hinder them from leaving the rails), and lastly, put lots of flagmen at every busy road and streets. But regardless of all these possible solutions, train accidents will continue until such time when the residents, the government, and the philippine media realized that they must help each other and put an end to the culture that has been going on for so many years. If that mindset/culture ends, maybe, just maybe, the train could be driving fast as I and other people who loves riding trains sought it to be. *Feel free for anyone reading this to disagree. I want to read your thoughts on this.

Yung nakikita ko pong rason, mas gusto ng PNR na mas maraming tao ang makasakay, kung maglalagay po ng bike, maglalaan ito ng espasyo na hindi pwedeng nakapwesto ang ibang mga pasahero. Mas pinipili po ng PNR na mas marami ang makasakay.

Yes maam, I can confirm that they're making their way to build it. The only thing I am still not sure is which part will be open? I wish they will open the Legazpi Station but that's too selfish to ask since PNR is trying to prioritize areas considered as "critical" and will guarantee them huge amounts of revenue in return. Well, that's just my opinion. When it comes to completing the entire project, I've read from online sources that it will last until 2029.
