Yall did impressions my orthodontist did a picture with a 3d camera and sent them to the Processing room to see the picture of how they looked with braces on,before,and after braces. They put them on bracket by bracket and did bottom and top 1 month apart so my teeth could get time to adjust and not all hurt at once. They also did it amost pain prevention and pain less application.

Don’t use warm salt water that will just activate the wires even more just use ice water so should around your mouth that will make the wires deactivate because it activate through the heat of your mouth

Got mines few days ago, and tbh it dont hurt that much, the 1st day was peaceful, i was able to chew some sandwiches and soft food, zt night i had some pain but that wasn't that bad, second day i couldn't chew anyhting cause my teeth became senstive, but days passed and my pain start decreasing, I'd say that braces dont hurt, just uncomfortable and it depends people pain tolerance, so if you afraid to put them on, there's nothing to worry abt❤

next week i'm going to have RCT on my first incisor from right side, and some fillings in my left most incisor, and 2-3 molars in the lower row, basically my teeth are in a very disgusting situation, my bite is faulty, my allingnment is wrong, i don't know what is wrong with me man. after RCT on next thursday, there's gonna be a little gap of 1 month or so, and then i'm gonna have braces to fix the heavily messed up teeth and i hope it will help my jawline to sharpen a little,haha. does it helps with jawline? anyone?
