Try uninstalling rockstar launcher(keep social club and games) then reinstall. When the file path shows, highlight and copy "\Rockstar Games\Launcher" and paste it after whatever file path you choose. i.e. "D:\Games" to "D:\Games\Rockstar Games\Launcher"
