How do you stop doing things out of obligation? Because I love God but I still feel like I follow him because it’s the right thing to do, rather than I want to Completely live that life

I wanna free myself from the idea that I’m not good enough for certain positions. God is always with me and he has made me strong enough, and will continue making me stronger to take on these positions. It’s all in my mind.
