So if we are new and want to start a CSP - can you simply give us a bullet list of items to make sure we have and 1-3 key factors in each and make this stupid simple for people "like me" lol... So much info about simplifying things but are we really? I would love to set up a site to make this stupid simple as so many search for quick easy way of setting up and they land on 1-2hr long videos and pages of info that make the normal "Joe" feel like he is getting a law degree why?

Why is there nonrefundable $200 for csp registration... if it is anything like campaigns ( it seemd scammy ) why not give specific info on why rejected and allow to resubmit ... am i the only one that is feeling like im in Russia or china right now?
Is texting people not on the DNC who haven’t explicitly opted in a basis for rejection?
Hi, sorry for the late reply! Opt-in is essential for 10DLC texting, so yes, that would definitely be a red flag for DCAs. We actually speak to DCA Syniverse about opt-ins (and opt-outs!) in a webinar we just uploaded - feel free to check it out and let us know if you have questions.

This whole thing is horsecrap. You shouldn't need to build a website out before you get a fkn number. Also, for small businesses rebranding.. this whole process is an absolute nightmare. Quite possibly the WORST possibly imaginable way to try and stop spam.

So, why do I as a business. need to register with TCR? I do no automated messaging, none. However we are still required to use this registry just to send an SMS message from one of my phone lines to a client. It's just person to person communication. But RingCentral says we won't be able to do this anymore without registering with TCR and creating a campaign. This feels like a shakedown for money.
I only send like 10 text to 15 different numbers at day, do i need to register??
Seems like even if you want to send one message you need to register the Campaign
This is stupid. Make the companies that have people who use their service for spam remove them from their servers. No need to “register” brands like we’re in communist China.
