Do you think it’s possible to replicate this rollup concept without azure access and instead use the web based planner “export data” utility in conjunction with power automate and then power bi for the dashboard?

This was great, thank you. Let's say we have an extranet site called "extranet." We want approved guest accounts to be able to download and upload data that can only be seen by the M365 Members, but not any other guest account. The way it sets up by default is that all guest users have access to the whole site. What I really need is for the guest user to have access only read a specific folder. I am sure there is a complicated way to do it but my intent is to allow a subset of trusted business users to share data, but I don't trust them to figure out permissions. Can this be done or is there another solution.
