I have seen countless videos from USA where cops unload a whole clip on an individual for merely "reaching" for a weapon. His actions warranted a firm response and he got just that. He's such an 'a hole' .

A big no no is to grab an officers side arm. It is counted as the intend to use it against an officer. If I was a police man there, I would of drawn my gun when he had his gun in his hand and I would of given him seconds to drop it or else he would of been shot. Try this in America.
