I live in Europe and travelled a lot too. AirAsia is better than some other well known low cost carriers. Just book seat (even their Hot Seat) and meals (delicious) for a fraction of costs. I think Airasia has been rated as the best low cost carrier (in Southeast Asia or Asia i believe) by the recognized bodies/surveys, how can they become the worst airlines based on this personal disappointment😅. And airport rules has nothing to do with AirAsia. When we travelled a lot, we’ll notice the differences in various airports.
