This is part of " The Loudest Pipes Competition " held on Sunday 17th June 2012 at Drimsynie Estate, Lochgoilhead, showing the winner , 3rd bike in the video, Neil, from the DUNEDIN HOG CHAPTER, and also,just watch the chopper, it revs that hard it blows the plate off. It was all good fun and good for the crowd.

You will find even the more expensive welders might have Nylon cogs for this slow moving mechanism, its not under so much torque, I cannot see any missing teeth?, I would be first checking upstream (replace liner) friction in copper end stop. I cannot see a brand new mech being faulty, its too improbable.
Looks like too much friction to the torch, replace liner.

wow! nice tight circles..I just got RLAP 5 DVD too...I have a lot more practice to do. I cant quite turn as tight as you yet,but I noticed a huge improvement in my riding skills even after just an hour of practice on a parking lot... Beautiful sporty,btw...what year is she?
