You need more "Empty tanks". If you have 100 empty tanks, one will fill every 2s, if you have 400 empty tanks every second it will fill 2 tanks. One tick in game is 1s, but looking in everything looks like power and water will affect this number.. You can start with 400 empty tanks to get 2 water every 1s and look how much you use - probably will need way more

What is super()??
As FlyingCar extends from Car i.e. FlyingCar is a child of Car, we need to initialise the parent (Car) and super() is the mechanism to do so So super().__init__ will call the init function on Car, this means we have properly instantiated the whole chain
