Hello im flying exacteley the Same flight next week. I fly from Stuttgart to munich and then from munich to Bangkok. Do you know If my bags are getting loaded for the next flight by the Airline? So I only Switch the plane or what i have to expect? Both flights are from Lufthansa. Very nice Video by the way I Like the Crj 900✌🏽

Thank you for the report. I really like MUC airport. Very practical, both for connection and departure/arrival (even if S Bahn train is long, it's a pleasant ride). Terminal 1 is also not bad (but use rarely)
I flew with hisky once for fun. I had a different experience than you. The flight was operated on another aircraft that had terrible seats (hisky acquired the aircraft from another airline and didn’t change the seats) the legroom was horrible and the flight was a bit delayed (although it was because of the weather). I was allowed to pay with card and the crew was friendly.
The whole bus to plane to bus thing makes the trip ridiculously cumbersome
Ahh, my Home Airport always nice to See Nice Report Look ING forward to more
Another really good video, thank you. I have flown from Munich a few times- terminal 2 is impressive but I find terminal 1 quite dark and outdated now. I've also experienced one go around- it was due to poor visibility at London Luton so the pilot made the decision to circle and try again. We landed safely on the second approach. Thanks for uploading this trip report.
I don't think what you're using for auto-detecting and blurring the face work quite well as it switched on and off repeatedly. Anyway nice trip report! München Flughafen looks like a really neat airport
Love your content, keep up with german and austrian 'authentic' airports, I have been to munich airport at september 22' was flying to tlv with lot through warsaw, love this huge airport! keep up with the content!
I flew this route earlier this year. Indeed, it's over quickly. Everything moved fast and even though the arrival plane had a short delay, we got there on time.
Thank you for the nice detailed report 😊
I’m flying Turkish Business Class in a few months and can’t wait for the experience. Miami to Istanbul to Prague. Then Rome to Istanbul for 2 day layover and back to Miami. It’s going to be amazing. If Americans do a layover in Istanbul for up to 3 days, Turkish Airlines put you up in a 5 Star hotel for free. I’m staying at the Hilton Bosphorus :)

It’s a fucking shame using a plane for a bit more than 100 miles
dont worry you will not die
Those flights are necessary only because the Munich airport is so bad planned regarding reachability by long distance trains and far from city Center.
There are LH flights to Frankfurt aswell, it's even closer to Stuttgart and Frankfurt Airport ist 1h 15 min by train from Stuttgart. Idk why these flights still exist, but they do.
@@alestra1021 I know quiet a few people who used this flight because its sometimes cheaper to start in STR and fly via FRA than starting directly from FRA...
@@maxkaiser4995 I also noticed that but i think thats stupid. NUE-MUC was also dismissed and replaced by busses, mostly because theres no high speed rail to MUC Airport. I dont think these STR-FRA flights make any sense. I mean you can book Longhaul starting in STR with a ICE train to FRA included, so if the train is late you get refunded/rebooked, its not your fault anymore if youre delayed
Istanbul airport and the inflight catering on Turkish Airlines look incredible. But the real let down is the hard product on the Business Class inflight. Turkish Airlines has an excellent product on its new and refurbished Airbus 321s in both Business and Economy, but this plane looks old and like it needs refurbishment.
Sehr interessantes Video!
At first I thought it’s XP12 in the thumbnail hahah
Lohnt sich aber doch quasi nicht oder? Da ist man doch echt anders schneller
Imagine being such an important business bloke that your company books the 90 minute flight instead of the 2 hour ICE trip...
I think almost everyone flies the route as a feeder flight.
Munich is a big hub for international flights for the Lufthansa group…
I would also prefer to fly instead to hope my train is coming or arriving in time .
The flight is included within the ticket to other destinations from Munich airport. This allows a seamless connection straight to the airport.
If your look closely while he printed his check in badge or idk how it’s called, there is written MUC and in the other gap CPH so it means his journey continued to Copenhagen.
butter landing
Yes!
I appreciate the notes/commentary about the landmarks during approach, it's quite interesting to see the border go by, otherwise i'd have no idea!
I love these trip reports! hopefully next time the lounges are open so we can see your experience there as well.
You're welcome! Feel free to check out my other videos as well; I always try to visit and review the lounges of the departure airport.
6:51 - wrong flight information. It should read STR-MUC.
Yes, absolutely right - very annoying.
Hello, beautiful trip report. It would be lovely to see more.
There are already a few more videos available now - and I have a lot more planned! I'd appreciate it if you subscribed!

When you notice upon landing that it's not Ryanair ;)
11.48 very very beautiful view!! Nice video and trip report.... Well, even with a small plane like this, there are always many intresting things to see and observe! Keep up the good work my friend!
Thank you very much - such comments motivate me immensely, I still have so many unedited flights on my hard drive :D
Its specifically information like the small Architecture lecture that makes videos like these interesting, great job
Thank you very much, I'm particularly pleased to hear that. I'm afraid such small digressions might bore many people. Thanks for your comment!
That's something people can definitely debate. In Salzburg, some time ago, the feeder flight to Vienna was replaced by a train connection, and that works quite well. However, the railway must be reliable, and ideally, the airport should be well-connected to long-distance trains. Neither of these is the case in Munich. Just the endlessly long and awful S-Bahn connection from Munich to the airport puts me off.
Oh, you drink a famous “melange” coffee. Typical from Austria, nice that they served it on bord, I also drink it from the Vienna Lounge, i really love it !1
I think it's these little things that make the difference.
Thank you, The snack looks very british I must say !!
They tasted British too, but in a good way ;)
Thank you for the video. In France we have some airports like this, Grenoble and Chambery in the Alps. High traffic in winter, but no commercial flight in Summer at all. During summer season SZG must be really empty with many areas closed I imagine?
In summer, there's still traffic, I'd estimate around 15 departures or so. Salzburg is also worth visiting in summer, and there are some holiday connections to the Mediterranean, for example. Since yesterday, Wizz Air also flies to Salzburg (Bucharest, Skopje, Luton). So, there's always a bit going on, but of course, it's nothing compared to winter when probably ten times as many flights are operated. Terminal 2 is indeed only used in winter for ski charter traffic and is now closed again. But there are big renovation and new construction plans for Salzburg; I suspect things will change after that.
Hallo, Thank you for this very nice video. Even for a premiere it’s a good quality. I really love this short flights, i find more funny than long haul. Never done this, but the BSL FRA ans BSL MUC many times. CRJ is a nice aircraft, a “private jet feeling”.
I used to fly the connecting flight Salzburg-Vienna more often, which was similarly short. I haven't been to Basel yet, unfortunately.
Will Austrian fly to Australia again? They stopped coming here. My parents flew with them in 2005 from Melbourne (my dad is from Kitzbuhel 🇦🇹).
I can't imagine it, unfortunately. But if it were to happen, I'd immediately make a trip report about it :D
The CRJ-900 looks like a private jet because it comes from one, the Challenger 600 (CL600) family! The CL850 is actually a "private" version of the CRJ-200
Thank you for the information, interesting!
Austrians can´t afford water now or what?
If they're allowed to pay with a card (as is common everywhere), Austrians can certainly afford water. By the way, I'm not Austrian either.
Nice video.
You're very welcome, glad to hear it.

Ah, klar. Danke für die Info!
The airline should be named LowSky if one can't pay with a credit card. Life is getting difficult: in Helsinki there are bars that don't accept cash whereas my Iranian barber accepts nothing but cash. He would probably enjoy HiSky. 😁
Yeah, absolutely, I'm not used to carrying cash at all anymore.
