I know the bunny hopping is an unintended mechanic, I think it teeters on glitch. I am the ultimate authority on fallout speedruns. If this wasn't my first time seeing bunny hopping in fallout I would disqualify you 10 subscribers

To everyone complaining about the monorail “glitch” This is the current official world record for the glitchless catergory of Fallout: New Vegas. Glitch is an arbitrary term, and the rules are all defined per the community to decide. Arguably, all he did was parkour up a wall, and is nowhere near as egregious as load mechanic abuse and reload dashing. The official rule set has been posted to speedrun website, and you would be allowed to climb up to the monorail if you wanted to attempt your own speedrun. Here are the rules: The use of the following glitches/exploits are not allowed: clipping, dialogue skipping through saves, duping, save landing, item flying. Abuse of load mechanics is not allowed. Timing starts when you skip the intro cutscene after selecting New Game. Timing ends on the load screen before hitting the outro slides. DLCs are allowed. Taking the Skilled trait twice by rebuilding your character after Goodsprings is allowed. Use of the "Timestop" and "Reload Dash" glitches are not allowed.
