Anadi, I am so impressed with your video! You make it look totally doable, even for we of Eastern European descent LOL. (My BFF is half Lebanese half Palestinian, born here 🇨🇦. So she exposed me to these exotic foods in high school. Your Ahm bin Ajeen looks way better than what I just bought at the nearby Arabic foods store - much more meaty! That pomegranate molasses is a revelation (and I totally would have overcooked it if you hadn’t specifically explained that it looks way more runny than it is once it cools. I also like to know the reducing ratio of 4:1, that helps me tell if I’ve done it correctly! I am not very adept at making dough, but I think you make it look easier than I thought. I might just add the salt and sugar to the flour, it seems that it would incorporate into the dough more easily than adding it after you have the dough ball. Thanks for recording, editing and posting this video (I know it’s a lot more work than it appears!) 🙂
