never take anything personal is the most powerful one cause sooo many people care so worried about being accepted and care so much about how someone else feels about them and it influences how that person acts and does for there approval and on the surface it sound nice but thats farthest from the truth in most ways its why people have so many insecurities not to mention why so many commit suicide, note: that only my observation but i wouldn't doughy it . But this book (for me anyway) open my mind and explained it in a way that change my belief in myself and all came clear as to who i am why it was dumb to worry about what others think

Namaste and loved this podcast in every way. My advice to folk these days is this:- If you only persevere a positive or negative. Simply change your view to gain the entirety of that which the universe is offering you. Too many living in revision. We refer to it in phycology as the Human Condition. Basically addicted to thinking. The thinking mind is predominantly a libary for past time. This makes us blind to the golden moments unfolding in time. We are multidimensional beings. Easy to see in the biology of the body. Our cells are replaced trillions of time per night & day. Our hearts beat and we breath. These facts work best whilst our thinking minds are asleep. Beliefs are repeated memories but knowing only comes from flowing. As well therefore as growing. The premise of medication is simply to take us being attached to our cranium back into our natural state. Which is relaxation. Edison as well as many, expresses the way most live life today. 99% perspiration & 1% inspiration. Our true state known in phycology is the Flow State. Once in flow basically means 100% inspiration innovation & some say manifestation but I say invention. Only the ego fears letting go. So many name all meaning the same. Spirit, soul, kundalini, prana or Chi. That’s our conscious awareness basically. Electromagnetic energy. Magic to those no longer drug in the games of the brain. This is when we truly begin to gain. Nothing to do with race, gender or even an age. As it’s the electromagnetic energy which moves the blood through our veins. A wee tip from me. Our creativity simply new name for alchemy, assists us back into out flow state. One love from me. Simply just be. Then you will see. All the synchronicities coming to thee. As everything is a synchronistic tapestry of frequencies 🫶

Hey how's it going? Can you put Brazilian Portuguese subtitles in your CZcams settings? I am Brazilian. The automatic subtitles in Portuguese translate many things incorrectly and sometimes there are things that don't translate. That's why it might be possible for you to put it in the settings to have the caption adapted that CZcams itself has and manages to translate more correctly, The difference is that the translation is not automatic, you have to put it on CZcams to translate in the language you choose and it will translate more correctly. If you can do it and get it I would be very grateful. If it's not asking too much, when you manage to put it in the settings for the person to press the option for translation into Brazilian Portuguese, Put and program for US English subtitles too, because then you can try to learn English like that too.
