Buchla Slow Ambient Chill
A #Buchla 200e orchestrates a number of 1979 modules to produce Slow Ambient Chill. The Dual Algorithmic Oscillator provides the principal instrumentation, along with a Digital Resonator for spice and a Digital Stereo Delay for legitimacy. (Repetition Legitimizes. Repetition Legitimizes.)
A 296e module "conducts" while the shift registers of a 263v send attack and decay parameters through the 281e quad function generator. Enjoy the slow unfolding of a sonic landscape that sounds both familiar and alien--meditative noise, if you will.

This HDR video is a short demonstration of both the brand-new Tokina Vista Prime 40mm T1.5 lens and the results of grading the image in DaVinci Resolve 17b2. The bright LEDs of the #Buchla analog synthesizer clipped the sensor, and part of the exercise was making visible the results of such clipping. Camera is a RED Monstro. Graded on an FSI-XM310K montior.

18edo vamping against 11 beat rhythmic pattern Canon 8-15 f4L at 10mm f6.3 RED Helium Sensor, 8K FF This video was encoded as having a 180 degree horizontal field and a 94 degree vertical field. Finally figured out how to get bell tones from my 285e Balanced Frequency Shifter and Ring Modulator! So easy...once I learned the tricks.
