I’ve been using the recipe for the keto crust on the King Arthur baking company website. It uses their Keto Flour which has been amazing for bread also but anything where you need just a little flour for a roux or filling.

Hi Judi! I'm from Australia. I made this recipe. I added thickened cream and butter, Thyme, ginger and nutmeg.Whizzed up.. so delicate and delicious!! Thankyou. I think its better to Simmer Liver with raw onions than fry.. Fluffy mousse. 😊😊😊

Delighted to get this very simple recipe and method, Judi! Xylitol is excellent for gum health. Dr. Ellie (dentist) says having Xylitol after a meal stops the action of acid. Xylitol sweets not easily available in Ireland. Amazon sells Xylitol mints but I don't like mint flavour). Big big thank you again. XG Ire (I'm working on reversing preceeding gums)
