I have this system. I still use a trench guy to double check since mine has let me down a few times as far as doing crazy stuff on the screen. plus the auto steer doesnt seem to work in rocky conditions. I don't trust it. Phil will also tell you you can use it with a hammer on the machine. Don't believe him. I just passed over a year with my system and my laser catcher broke internally from vibrations of 3 days of hammering rock. I asked if a hammer is ok during my install with Phil and Phil claimed not a problem. If you have this system I highly recommend you remove the laser catcher when using a hammer, its almost $2,000 to replace it. So far Phil tells me I'm the first guy to receive a broken control screen on my monitor and to have a laser catcher broken from anything other then an impact. Beware and do your research. I will not buy another I DIG BEST.

I have your system and when I touch the ground I have to wait for the system to catch up. I even have a video to prove it. Plus your auto steer is useless in rocky conditions ( your videos always show perfect soil conditions) or if the soil conditions go from soft to hard pack soil then my grade starts to climb. Your 24/7 support is videos not human to human contact ( you told me that when I asked for a book on how to use or for trouble shooting) and if something happens to you, who do you have to backup your support? I kick myself for buying this everyday I turn it on. My training was 4 hrs but 2.5 hrs of that training was trying to get the screen to work because it was damaged. Then I maybe got 1/2 hr on it, the other part was you playing in my machine trying to show me all the “neat” features I told you I wouldn’t use. Then you had to leave at noon to catch a flight home. Your a good salesman Phil but your system isnt all that awesome or user friendly for $18k. You really need to hire people to help you with product support. My next system will not be Idigbest.

hello do you have a basic system that will work with stick controls on an older backhoe ? I dont have pilot controls.

Could this be used to insert pipes straight into the soil without the need to pre dig in front of it.

Hey Phil we do laser ditching on probably the flattest land on the planet our grades are very subtle to the point where the other day I did half a mile of ditching at .07% can your system work such subtle grades?
