What I'm wearing to Crew Badwater 135 this year
here's a quick look at what I'll have on as u crew Lindsay Phenix for this year's, 2024, Badwater 135 ultramarathon. This is very similar to what I wore while crewing in 2022 with some slight adjustments. kf you're running the race or crewing, I can't say enough good things about the desert running suit by Solumbra. It felt like a cheat code in the desert.

Here are my thoughts on the Etrol Carbon Fiber Trekking Poles after LOTS of heavy use during my first 100 mile ultra marathon. They worked better than expected and I'd definitely recommend them. a couple years ago I was asked to make some high republic lightsabers for Lucasfilm's "High Republic" show on youtube. They were made to be ser dressing in the background. I'll include slmw links to several episodes where they can be seen, along with a helmet I made for the show too. Took this video before they were sent to the show.
