Where you find this part?

@@MrWilliamathomasusa Yup!
Hey! What about fluid temperature and the oil filter?
Couple ways to refill 1. When you drain it take out the secondary plug (plastic) inside. And reinstall and add what you took out using a pump or til it overflows the secondary drain plug (plastic) when you have a steady stream of liquid coming out you’re good. 2. Or refill from side until it drips out as seen on video
Calls for 6.3 quarts really only need about 5 can’t drain it all out
I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma. How do you know what part to get? I'm seeing front and rear.
Based on your trim / make&model and engine size.
Dude pls help me I just broke my new sensor the socket can’t fit over the sensor without snapping the connection I’m using a 19mm impact socket I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong
Unhook the connector first lol then put 19mm over it and top off coolant
Jeeezz why not put it by the deep stick 🤦🏻♂️
Do you not know there isn’t a dipstick on these vehicles?
No dip stick on this vehicle bro. 😂
what year and model is this tacoma. Mine is 05 and doesnt have this option with bolts. is all one piece.
96’ then you’ll have to buy the whole piece / assembly or weld it.
is this a 6 or 4cyl?
4cyl
This is the rear converter
Only has one catalytic converter
What kind of gasket is between the converter and the rest of the muffler that goes out the back of the truck?
It’s a high temp gasket sometimes comes with the converter if not could possibly get away with high temp silicone
What’s the worst that can happen if we refill too low or too high ? I’ve heard if too low the transmission won’t engage well and its very high will blow out seals and be very costly
If it’s too high it will just leak out the side / fill port. Just put in what you get out and you’ll be alright. Definitely don’t want to put too little!!
How often should i changed the transmission oil on toyota camry 2018 ?🤔@123motd
@@user-mw3ik2sc8q I’d say every 50k

@123motd does it needs to replace any filters ?

Hi. After completely draining the trans oil and replacing the filter, how much of oil should you add for Toyota Camry 2008? I put in 5.7L and the car started missing gears (4th and above mainly) so I took out 500ml. It's still slipping gears. How much should I have in there?
when you changed the fluid, was it very dark and burned? if so, add some Lucas stop slip to the transmission, and hope that that fixes it. If you happen to still have the old fluid, try putting that back in, and if the trans stops slipping, you know that the clutches inside are worn, and they are relying on dirty fluid in order to have enough friction to not slip. As far as how much fluid to put in, measure the fluid that came out, and put the same amount back in.
The 2008 Toyota Camry has an automatic transmission oil capacity of 8.5 Quarts (approximately 8.04 Liters). However, it's important to note that when you drain the transmission fluid, not all of it is removed.
So just add what you took out. Recommend you having a means of measuring the amount of fluid you take out before attempting this
What year and transmission?
07-2011
U didn’t show where the sensor goes
It’s behind the engine really hard spot to get on camera
What year is your tacoma?
Was a 96

This video really helped out. Thanks
Good to hear! Np
Where do I buy it and how much
Any car auto store advanced auto, AutoZone, O Riley etc believe you can get one for around 150-250
You can always just fill it through the dip stick way easier
this generation of camrys don’t have dipsticks you have to open the hole in the side and fill it until it overflows out then that’s how you know you have the correct amount of fluid
@@Skipmo_ oh I see that’s inconvenient
Yea no dipstick why I made this vid lol
These don't have a dip stickm
Howcan i know how much oil fill, till it drops?
Yes then run for 10-15 min then add more til it drips over
"The Car Care Nut" has an excellent video on the entire procedure. It needs to be done within a specific fluid temperature range.

Thanks for the video but the fluid you put is wrong, the amount is correct at about 3.5 qts. The 2016 Acura MDX you're working on is 9 speed transmission. The 9 speed ZF transmission requires ATF 3.1 fluid, which is greenish color. The ATF-DW1 is pinkish color. Just wondering if you still have the car and experiencing transmission slipping?
Gave my vehicle info and this was what they sent/recommended from the dealership. No I did not have any issues it’s genuine Honda / Acura fluid. Said they recommend DW-1 (or Honda DW-1) fluid. Been running smooth as butter
Genuine Acura Automatic Transmission Fluid provides hydraulic power to perform transmission functions, such as shifting gears. It is also great for lubricating and cooling internal components. Optimum shift quality. High-viscosity index fluid. Special anti-wear characteristics. Special additives protect seals and O-rings for prolonged service life. Price for one quart Fits: ATF-DW1 - Automatic Transmission Acuras (Non CVT Trans.) ATF TYPE 2.0 - 10 speed Acura Transmission vehicles ATF TYPE 3.1 - 9 speed Acura Transmission vehicles
I just deleted my cats
Where is your o2 sensor located? The ones on the cat? Or by the cat.
Right next to cat
Horrible video.
ofc BOB
Is it true that if you replace a catalytic converter, the engine light will keep coming on because it's not the original part?
No it should work even if they’re not oem. Also good practice to replace the o2 sensors with it.
@@123motd They supposedly replaced both but the engine light keeps coming on and giving the code to replace the catalytic converter.
@@keshad32 they probably have a leak make sure sensors and converter are sealed / have gasket or caulk so no air leaking in or out

Also you can take the car battery out and take it to advanced auto if it’s not starting and they can test it for you for free, if you’re not comfortable with testing or don’t have the tools.
Why is your clutch pedal so small
That’s emergency brake not clutch. It’s automatic.
