Nå jobber hun aktivt for å øke interessen for fagott hos barn og ungdom, og skape et miljø for instrumentet. Sarah er ett av menneskene bak #mektigemusikkopplevelser

Møt Torleif, han er cellist hos oss, og en dedikert kajakkpadler. Til tross for sitt svenske opphav, er han tidligere Norgesmester i eskimorulle, og han har bygget sin egen kajakk etter inuittenes prinsipper. I bunnen for både musikken og kajakkinteressen ligger en enorm respekt og interesse for håndtverket og en grundighet i utøvelsen. Torleif er ett av menneskene bak #mektigemusikkopplevelser

That depends on the audience - but generally there is a minimum and an optimal number of violins on stage, depending on the music.

@@teekey1754 There is no right or wrong answer here. Wagner calls for a large orchestra, and he has specified 16 1st violins and 16 2nd violins in his score. Here we have 13 1st violins and 12 2nd violins. For the homogenity in the group, you might not notice one less violin, but for the balance with the other instruments, you might start to notice. The acoustics of the room you are in will also influence the sound.

Love Ride of the Valkyries, many of Wagner's arias one of my favorite operas is Tristan und Isolde. I used to have Valkyries as my ringtone. Saw Tristan und Isolde at our local theater, LIVE AT THE MET
In Billington's great book Fire in the Minds of Men, The Revolutionary Faith, he describes how opera was utilized in the great revolutions of the 1840s. People would leave the theater entranced and with Revolutionary fervor!
