I don’t know the numbers. I bought them at my local lexus dealer
Great video, 4:43 what are the part numbers?
Great video. What torque did you use for the filter bolts? I've also heard they need to be replaced but I got everything here except new bolts. Also I noticed, 2020+ models use a different transmission filter. For my 19 ZL1 I got the GM24291343.
found it. 5 nm + 128 degrees if someone needs to know.
That is good to know Thanks
Thank you! Is the filling plug easy to remove? No need any extensions? What a beautiful garage and car you have!
I don’t exactly recall. But it was easy. Take care
Bummer
I had it, got cyl 1 misfire code. Then progressed with cyl 3 too. Confirmed head gasket leak and replaced head gasket along with intake manifold (old one was ultra nasty) replaced most EGR components but thoroughly cleaned EGR cooler. Also replaced spark plugs. This was at 189k miles. At 205k I have cyl 4 misfiring. Same rough starting symptoms but it also runs rough while driving except it’s smooth at full throttle. Probably injector. Going to swap coils to rule it out quickly. Then looking at replacement of the original injectors.
A Master @ his craft. Good job
You are too kind
You have to level it as I did. Why you might ask? The standpipe is why. I hope this helps.
Thanks for the video. Doing the same myself now.
You can do it! I rechecked my work since I only got 6 liters out (room temperature 25 C) and only used 6 liters at 77 C when refilling it, not the 8.1 liters everyone says it takes. And I drove it to get Tran temp up to 74C, then required only one brake torque to get to 77 C. Be careful as it can burn you. Not worth it.
maybe also cycle each gear and stay for a min each and in manual mode up to the highest gear stationary. then try to warm up the fluid
Worth a try. Brake torquing was not fun. Best of luck. Let me know how it works out. I am Open to any methods.
One of the more confusing things to me is what is considered level. Is it how the car would set on the ground, or level the car itself, or like you did and put a level on the trans pan. All of these are different and are going to change what the fluid level would be. But I think I’m going to go with the way you did it.
@@nevadarobert7908 mine took 6 quarts as well. Initially took out 6 quarts. Put 6 1/2 back in, then drained 16oz. after it reached correct temp.
I had a friend (builder) tell me to not mix the two. I like the wood on the wood.
I was told about 10 years ago the chemical used in pressure treated wood was outlawed and it didnt damage aluminum facia. So what's the deal, was that older pressure treated wood or were the people from yellow wood in Alabama lying ? Just asking.
How many later need.
Vanden Plas is the name of coachbuilders who produced bodies for specialist and up-market automobile manufacturers. Latterly the name became a top-end luxury model designation for cars from subsidiaries of British Leyland and the Rover Group, being last used in 2009 to denote the top-luxury version of the Jaguar XJ (X350). The business began in 1870 in Brussels, Belgium, initially making axles later producing horse-drawn carriages. It was founded by Guillaume van den Plas, a blacksmith, and his three sons, Antoine, Henri and Willy, who later set up a branch in Paris. Guillaume's surname is Dutch meaning "from the lake". In 1884 they moved from Brussels to Antwerp. With increased business they opened a branch in Brussels again in 1890. By 1900, they worked with De Dion Bouton, Berlier, Germain and Packard. By 1908 Carrosserie Van den Plas had a workforce of 400 men producing 300 special bodies a year, and that soon increased to over 750.[1] The French branch ceased production in 1934 while the Belgian business was active until 1949.[2] The coachbuilders' name first appeared in the United Kingdom in 1906 when Métallurgique cars were imported with Carrosserie Van den Plas coachwork. The first Vanden Plas company in England was established by Warwick Wright (now Peugeot dealers) in 1913, building bodies under license from Carrosserie Van den Plas Belgium.
7x12= 84. So is it 7ft/lbs or 8ft/lbs because you said (96in/lbs)?
Good catch! I had a brain fart. 7 ft/lbs is correct.

Recently did it my 2015 Outback. The drain and check plugs were fin, not hard to undo. But the fill plug was either over-torqued or stuck for some reason. It was the same on my brothers 2015 Outback. Had to remove the right wheel, linked together all of my 1/2" and 3/8" extensions and adapters I could find and was able to undo the plug with my extendable handle 1/2 inch ratchet
Thank you for the video! I was switching the door over and took out one too many screws and dropped that anchor piece into the body of the dryer. Couldn’t figure out how to pop the top off to get to the front panel. Thanks! Oh, and I live across the river from that Stonehenge memorial, so that was neat to hear mentioned. 😁
Glad it helped! Stonehenge rocks!

Dude a road tractor pulling a 53 foot trailer could EASILY pull into the existing driveway, FORWARD OR IN REVERSE. Why on earth would you do this for a F350 and any trailer you could possibly connect to it? The existing driveway was waaaaay more than big enough.

Yes! More Jag videos. I love my Jaguar!
We need more Jag videos, I'm going into withdrawal! I did a spill and fill last fall on my Vanden Plas and drove it about 300km before parking it for the winter. This April, when I pulled the car out of storage, I changed the pan/filter. I have since driven about 1000km and hope to do another spill and fill soon. I figure if I do a spill and fill once a year, for the next two years, the transmission should outlast me. All for the equivalent cost of one extra motor oil change per year. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Cheers
City does what the city wants.
omg what a waste of time using a gradall. Done been long gone with a backhoe. should of used double wall plastic instead of metal. better water flow. Metal culvert last bout 8yrs anymore.
Great question. I always suspected my pressure tester had a tiny air leak. The oil analysis done by Blackstone shows no coolant in the oil and no coolant loss.
How come the pressure only held for a couple minutes?
