By the time I got into Yakuza I no longer had a PS3, so I had to play the remastered titles-and between 3R's fame for enemies blocking a lot and people saying you just have to be good, I put it off for the longest time, until after Infinite Wealth actually. I'm playing the series rn in (mostly) release order and I decided to emulate yakuza 3 instead of playing the remaster. The combat in 3 OG is actually sick, probably my favorite combat system so far. Built off Yakuza 2 PS2 combat but made it more challenging and added wall combos and other tech, which is exactly what I wanted as Yakuza 2 is way too easy. Overhated game, I don't know exactly which issues people complain about are part of the remaster or just people not understanding the game, but I thought the game was great, I would rank it pretty high up the Yakuza games I've played.

Does this work like LJ where you do less damage the longer it goes, or just the same but without the limit? Edit: Got my answer just watching since I noticed his health bar was going down less as the combo kept going.

Pretty cool mod, but I'm having issues with the attack buffs, skills and the new awaken combo for Brawler, buffs and awaken brawler combo doesn't work, and skills doesn't appear. I'm playing on Steam with 1.2.0 Ver.

Can you (or at least let the modder know) restore the second finishing hold to the spinning body lock throw (from the previous games) for the Legend Remix version? Idk why the developers took it out. I already posted a message on the mod page, but I wanted to let everyone that's involved know in case this is something that has to be done early on?? The move is already in the game according to larc7thheaven, but is not being used: "I wish the extreme heat mode DE style had the same second combo string finishing hold (sq,sq,tri) as the original one from Kiwami 2/Yakuza 6: The Song Of Life. The one where he pickes them up with both hands and twirls them around, but sideways. This is more of a "adding something in" request than changing something. Everything else is 100% the way it's supposed to be. Amazing job btw!
