Dual Motor/4WS RES Concepts Sporky - Crawl Session
Some more dual motor action in the 4ws @resconcepts Sporky. First time at Duncan's Landing, and found this rad v-crack to wall transfer. Not sure if I needed the dual motor control for this one, but it sure makes it consistent.

Decided to give the dual motor thing a try in my 4ws @resconcepts Sporky, and hot damn initial impressions are insane for its proof of concept testing today. D440RC Gemini transmission with a dual Rhino 40a esc and twin 2340kv Rhino s12 brushless motors, controlled by a RadioMaster MT12 making the magic happen. Couple fun lines with the @resconcepts Sporkys. Some more fine tuning on my 2ws, and converted over my 4ws PBX to the Sporky rails as well. Been trying out some cut n shuts on my 4ws, needs a little more tuning to suit but its damn good already. Loving these rigs, such a joy to drive!

Went up to Mendocino Headlands the other week to meet up with our buddy Miguel, caught a few shots of my PBXs in action. Awesome terrain, more lines than you could imagine. Tons of grip (usually) and killer features. Gotta take it slow otherwise you can drive yourself into a wild bind from seemingly nothing. Wild stuff.

Having some fun and pushing the limits with my 4 wheel steer @resconcepts PBX at my local spot. A good bit of the spot is underwater due to winter rains, so it forced me to get a little creative when hunting for new lines..more content to come ;)

yessir! most popular axle is the capra axle, but works great with other axles as well. its based upon the well proven RES PBX chassis, but refined for a "sporty/shafty" style build with the electronics laid across the axle vs centered behind servo on the PBX. Same geometry between them, just different style of build.
@@Greg.Bosworth I have been saving for a while now since I got hurt about 4 year s ago and I am in a wheelchair now an I have been getting parts an no all I need is a chassis an links so if anyone you know have a chassis here is my address 2966 slate Creek road Grundy Virginia 24614 I have been in this nursing home but there is good place here to crawl but I am wanting a chassis like you have but anything to help me out would mean the world to me so if anyone you know can help me out thank you for the great videos

Do you guys do a sporty chassis? That was some amazing crawling. That v notch and the tire hook with the save were off the hook
thanks man! we dont do a sporty chassis specifically, but this sporky chassis could be built to fit the sportsman spec ruleset. kinda the reason for the name. sporty style build, but without the rules. porkbelly style. couple guys out there running 12.5wb with solid results, and then a body from there would get it legal for sportsman i think. if we get enough people wanting to compete in sportsman with it though, we could probably do a chassis more optimized around that 12.5wb geometry if it was needed

Freaking sweet, now I see why the LCG belly draggers want such light weight. I'm a 1/10 scale crawler myself and I'm going for weight... I'm pushing for at least an 8lb rig, each wheel tire set weights almost 1lbs , but this is wicked , probably the craziest line I have ever seen someone tackle successfully... Love the set up... What size insert did you order?
2.2x120mm OD is the size specific to the hyrax lp. SL3D has a size breakdown list on the website too
