very nice although not my taste for Decor. Worth 5M USD?, depends on the build quality- but I didnt like the panel doors on the wall in the hallway after you exited the elevator.
Beautiful villa and price is good too. But a very huge negative is that just as you can see your neighbours backyard they too can see yours. Unfortunately many of these type of villas in Dubai don't take privacy into consideration.
