Absolutely useless video. Zero information
Good video on the DNP RX1HS, but our DNP paper roll for the printer won't fit, despite both ends being fully pushed in. Too wide. Wondering why. Going to have to return the unit to B&H for a refund.
Depending on the media size, you will need to use the spacers.
How about transparent?

Hey i am getting some artifacting on my prints. After a few prints that problem goes away, as if the printer needs to warm up. Is there a warm up function or what am i supposed to do?
I made a Mistake and I forced it, so I take screw driver to open it but it doesn't work... after it, I tried to turn it on again and it open it's "lock" but, after I set up again, the "print" comes out white, with out the image... maybe when I forced it, I plug off some inside cable? Thanks if you could help me... I have a DNP DS40 - THANKS

question.. I just received mine and it stays on idle and won't print via hot pocket. when i go to my printers in my computer (windows 11) and hit test print, it does immediately. Anything will help. Thank you and how did you reset your print to the printer?

Thank you for posting this! I'm a new DS40 user (bought second hand) and don't have an instruction manual. The ribbon got caught and tore, and I thought I'd have to replace the whole thing (and the paper, as is required). Admittedly I doubted taping it together would work, but it was simple and immediately fixed it! Thanks for saving me $$$ by not panic-replacing the entire thing. :)

No, only when the ribbon runs out. There should be paper left over.
