Cool tutorial, thank you! For those who would like to save some time/work on the coloring of individual body parts, it is also possible to use the Scribble effect, which fills any mask with animatable scribbles. The messiness can also be adjusted within the effect.

I learned this effect when I first learned AE 7 years ago plus there’s 100s of tutorials with this same effect. Thought this tutorial was going to show how to do the cloning effect while having a moving camera. Doing this effect on a tripod is child’s play

However, I'm concerned that the fast-paced movements during the dance might pose a challenge for accurate tracking in AE. Additionally, I'm curious whether the camera of an iPhone 13 would be sufficient to capture the dance effectively.
