Ingenious! Can I ask how you got the reverb so close to the in-game version? I'm working on a repair patch for Goin Quackers/Quack Attack n64 version that uses the same midi engine and the same reverb. With Cakewalk, CarlaVST and Panagement reverb plugin I was able to create a close reverb, but only in mono and not with good quality :P

Too bad this is often overlooked in aquatic soundtrack compilations.

Even the sound effects of this level add to the creepiness factor. The creaking and cracking like bones, the mushy sounds… especially as a kid it creeped me out

É incrível a diferença da trilha sonora versão Nintendo 64 para o Playstation 2, podemos concordar que o Rayman 2 Revolution é o Remake do Rayman 2 - The Great Escape, a minha infância foi o original, por isso lembro desse tema de ponta a ponta e o tema da versão do Playstation 2 é muuuuuuito diferente dessa, o tema é um pouco maior do que essa versão.

I like how this song has a totally different atmosphere compared to the pc/ps1 version: the ps1 version is like:"OH SHIT,AXEL THE GUARDIAN OF THE SANCTUARY OF WATER AND ICE,BE CAREFULL AND DON'T GET HIT BY HIS PROJECTILES!!" While this one of the n64 is more like:"Oh Crap it's a guardian,this guy is strong,just be calm and don't panic if you want to beat him!" (Sorry for my bad english I'm italian)
