No. He’s tough to take seriously. But, it becomes karmic, in a way, because, since we don’t take him seriously, neither does Mrs. Tweedy, even when Mr. Tweedy makes some fair observations, like the chickens being organized. This makes it all the more karmic when he says “I told you so” to her at the end.
