More Electrocute; Less PTA. I cannot stress how useful having Electrocute whether top lane or mid lane is since you can literally proc it w an E Q3 W auto. Couple this w/ +8% damage from Cut Down, there’s no reason to lose lane after lvl 3.

I checked ldr and ie damage on practice tool and saw that ldr does more than ie only if your opponent has more than 400 armor so I don't think its worth it to go ldr over ie

actually best solution is either giving shiled bow attack speed or buff attack speed growth. I would like to see kraken to get crit but it's a potential problem of balacing adc. giving crit to shieldbow wont make nilah trist and samira too strong but make yasuo yonne a viable first item to build. Buff his growth attack speed wont have any potential problem of item balancing.
