The No Limits Soccer Academy was established in 1986 by Coach Dave de Hart in Modesto, California. Since that time we have expanded from local summer camps to a complete soccer training and development resource for players, coaches and teams. Over the last 20 plus years we have offered Personal Individual and Small Group Player Training, Summer Camps, Specialized Player Clinics, College Nights, College Prep Clinics and Coaching Clinics all over the United States. The No Limits Soccer Academy specializes in player, coach and team development. We are not; affiliated with any specific youth soccer club or any specific state or national youth soccer organization or association. Soccer Team Training: DRIBBLING MOVES / ACTIVATION
A fantastic soccer training exercise for activation and to warm up dribbling moves. These 10 and 11 year olds activated and trained their technical dribbling moves as they prepared for their full training session. We asked the guys to concentrate and scan with a purpose before each technical repetition of the dribbling moves. We required energy and explosiveness while continuing to remind them of the important details within the exercise. Enjoy, Use and Share!

Not sure what you mean. I have used this exercise in a full team training several times recently. Can be three of four players in each line. It goes well.
