It was amazing to see how effective the Faris Team worked. I think the Barrie Food Bank's service will make a big impact on the local community. I live in Creekside where this model home is located. I like the subdivision over all, great people. But watch out for the homes that used inferior workmanship for some of the roofs (not all - different subcontractors one assumes). Shingles tend to blow off in even moderate winds and in the case of my home, the OSB board seems were not properly sealed in one area (as I found out during one rainfall).
