That young man is gonna make a ton of money.
My daughter is a special education teacher. She is interested to work with these children. What do we do. Plz help us
TAs are a MASSIVE WASTE of taxpayers’ money.
I bet you don't even work 😂
SpEds are USELESS!!!
And then it ends up that the assistant yells at me when something goes wrong and doesn't care until I tell her I need something.
What do you need to become one of these in Tennessee
Inciteful video
This is the school I go to and i love it 🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍
Poor guy. He did a great job, but the camera betrayed him.
Uk policies state no physical contact, reassuring hand on shoulder is not allowed.
Any advice for someone who is gonna start at a Middle School as an instructional aide for Special Education: Life Skills? Its gonna be my first time as an aide and Im nervous
In-school babysitters.
PAID by taxpayers. i.e. THROWING money away!!
God bless all of you
I love Miss Michelle
I just love the sound of helicopters!!! Very Nice!!!
fuck sna all they do is nag at your back 24/7.
I love this program thank you
What's a mock trial
Wow
Tomorrow is my first day as a special education TA I am so excited and a bit nervous too!
I was offered this job but can't believe they only pay 15.75 :(
@@mireyaporcayo4101that’s crazy. Here I’m starting in two weeks with 52 salary. Do you still work as a special ed teacher assistant?
@user-dm6yu6tj6k I have a bachelor degree and I ended up finding a full teaching position. I started last week at 65K salary. Truly love the school I found. Much closer to home and such a nice team
Awesome 👌
Here is a thought for you. Ever heard of freedom of choice? Or i know u know this one. My body, my choice. Don't be a mk-ultra victim. Do more research. The truth is out there!
This is hilarious as she didn’t “know” enough about her middle child to put anything down in the news article, yet she had many things to praise about her other two! It turns out that although I was/am at least as exceptional as my siblings…. I had ADHD (ADD) along with several other things that she “didn’t want to mar her own persona”. Look it up - what was written regarding her retirement…. She cared so little for at least one of her own, that she can’t even write anything about her own daughter! Such a sad woman!
Good 👍 information
Consciousness is universal. It is common in all beings. An ant can influence our consciousness and we can influence it. Conseriousness is not mental activity, though it may influence mind .You are conscious even in sleep; it may be limited to the needs of body rest. We know mind is a chemical lab. Some how chemicals are generated for each moment. But what and who control or decide each moments need of a person. ???Good Consciousness add quality to life and living. There are methods by which good consciousness Can be grown in our life . Yoga, meditation and mantras are tools of consciousness enhancement and its manipulation. How ever, beyond certain common level of consciousness we are unaware about our own consciousness. It is very subtle. The noisy, flashy World nip it in the bud.
I just got hired as an instructional assistant at the middle school for kids with ASD. I'm excited to be starting a new journey but VERY nervous. I'm coming from being a daycare teacher with infants and toddlers to this position. Any advice?? 💕
@Moments with Vanessa I'm a month in roughly and so far it's great! Definitely a change but a good change . It has its challenges (but what job doesn't?) I'm so happy I made the switch 😊
@Moments with Vanessa lol I got a notification 😂 so as far as pay, they based it on my years of experience (only have a few professionally) and education. It was a little lower than I thought BUT I get paid consistently bi weekly(including during the summer) and get a raise every year. Sucks it's less but in the long run it's way better than where I was. If that makes sense .
@Moments with Vanessa the private school (infant to preschool) I was at was a great stepping stone BUT there were no benefits such as any kind of retirement, sick days (unless I used my own comp time) we never got snow days , the building was neglected, I could go on. I loved who I worked with and miss " my babies" but I needed a change . I needed to move on to somewhere that I could see myself being at long term and have the comfort of knowing I'll be taken care of down the road with retirement , sick/personal days, etc. I wouldn't have gotten that where I was .
@Moments with Vanessa I'm so sorry I don't know how I'm just reading this now haha. The job has been great I have been a one-on-one instructional assistant with a child in the ASD program. It's been going really well and I really wish I had found this job sooner to be honest 😂 I'm really enjoying working for a regular school district
@Moments with Vanessa way less stressful! And better hours ☺️ I really wish I had found this job at least a few years ago. It would have saved me so much grief.

I remember Miss Patty I remember when. She was working with me my grandma's day after my Grandma's birthday is January 6th 2018.
5:33 i hate 😡being in special ed class
Its ok i eas never in special ed because i had an iq of 150 but don't ever give up on learning something new everyday of your intire life
Special ed does not define who you are as a person. It doesn’t measure kindness, compassion for others, positivity or hard work ethos. It doesn’t measure your artistic, musical or physical ability, or how hard you try at things. It’s just there to support you like a crutch for now. Keep on trying and just be the best you can be, you can’t do more than that. Whatever job you end up at, be the best you can be at it and it will make you proud of yourself and you can hold your head up high.
5:33 amazing
