Thank you for this! I've used J Brillant for my skies and sand and skin for ages....and I LOVE It!! BTW...I thinks it's pronounced Brillant (brie-lont) I add a touch of light red for skin colour.

Lol, what a great idea. The best thing about cheap art supplies is that you feel like you can play with them. I had a really hard time deciding between the Green Appetite and the Serpentine... I literally agonized over it. I'm glad I went with the Green Appetite. ❤

I finally feel relaxed and at peace by simply taking time out from my way too frantic a day (moving home in a few days), to allow both body and mind to finally begin to wind down. I was so sorry about your huge water spill. I did the same thing at Christmas and ruined each and every card I had spent days painting, so I will not tell you not to be upset by the way your day began, because such a thing is all too upsetting. That's lovely. I'm glad you feel better after painting that!. I will try. Being a newbie I find myself doing a lot of 'playing'. experimenting. because I'm struggling to learn so I back off and just mix colors, use dif brushes etc and end up with a nice messy page to cut up into tags or silly little bookmarks.
