Even a small step forward is progress! There are also resources for vision boards or bullet journaling that can help you visualize your future and track your progress. Feeling unmotivated is common, but there are ways to overcome it! Sometimes starting with tiny, achievable goals and celebrating those wins can be a great motivator. You're definitely not alone in facing these challenges. It's awesome that you're reaching out for help!
