Brilliant, its one of Irelands most ancient traditions, we have n idea really how important this custom really is, it goes back thousands of years. Writing an essay on Bonfire night in Cork at the moment for UCC. This was my bonna too - glenheights park....class!!

Also, this work is done in my spare time which I have very little of and very little support so that's the reason why 3 out of 45 videos on this channel "have nothing to do with Cork". i remeber doing stuff like this without police and youd see bonfires in every field you go me and my mates made a big one on the 5th and we chucked all sorts of things on it even a old moped,petrol,wood,trollers,bangers the lot in old wales you couldnt even see the moon or anything cause the smoke from everyone's fires blocked it out ahh memorys
