Did mins, 5mins more than last time. Bcuz I learned that we can workout with ceiling fan ON. That it a lil easier to do. I can complete this. But I will keep it for next time.

Lots of cardio not much strength. I heard isometrics don’t really work you out compared to concentric or eccentric movements. Probably will try another person next time.
